1. Shipping:
We offer shipping services for domestic and international orders. Our team endeavors to process and ship your order within 24-48 hrs. business days from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
3. International Shipping:
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages:
We take great care in packaging and securing your order for shipment. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at Hello@VaidyaAyurveda.com within 5 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
5. Return Policy:
Have you changed your mind and want to return your product?
See the conditions stated below when returning your products:
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For eligibility for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
7. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have gone through these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Hello@VaidyaAyurveda.com.
8. Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
9. Exchanges (if applicable)

10. Gift Returns
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for your return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item weren’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we would send a refund to the gift giver, and he or she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
