When it comes to using essential oils, remember that small doses throughout the day are often more effective than a large dose all at once. Our Energy Essential Oil is designed to be rolled and applied to your wrist, and a little behind the ears, with a recommended waiting time of 4-6 hours between each application. As with any new product, we recommend doing a small patch test at the crook of your elbow to ensure there is no irritation. If any discomfort occurs, simply wash it off with cool water and discontinue use.

To safeguard your skin and prevent photo-sensitivity, it’s best to avoid direct exposure to sunlight or UV light for at least 12 hours after using photosensitive oils. If you need to go outside, consider wearing full-coverage clothing on the areas where the oil was applied or wash off the oil with soap and water. Vaidya Ayurveda Essential Oils are exclusively for external use. If you are planning pregnancy, are pregnant, nursing, have a heart condition, or have any medical concerns, and take medications (prescription or otherwise), kindly consult your physician before using our oils. When applying essential oils, take care to avoid contact with the eyes and other mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin, and avoid using other ointments, creams, sprays, or lotions concurrently. For children, ensure that they cannot touch the oils and accidentally rub their eyes when applying topically. Additionally, keep essential oils away from the eyes, ears, and nose of children. For safekeeping, store your essential oils in a cool and secure place, away from the reach of children.
